About Us
FOCUS Through Photography is a non-profit organization based in Bryson City, North Carolina. We offer a 6-week after-school program as well as various summer programs focused on teaching photography skills and techniques to teens. Whether you are a beginner who wants to learn the basics of photography, or an experienced photographer who wants to hone your skills, our courses are designed to help you unleash your creativity. By enrolling in our courses, teens can not only learn new skills and knowledge, but also enjoy a stimulating and interactive experience with their peers. Our courses are designed to foster a positive and supportive learning environment, where teens can express themselves, share their ideas, and receive constructive feedback. Our courses also help teens to develop their self-esteem and confidence, as they discover their strengths and talents, and overcome their challenges and fears. If you are a teen who loves taking pictures, you might be interested in joining FOCUS Through Photography. You will learn how to use different cameras, lenses, and editing software, as well as how to express yourself creatively through photography. FOCUS Through Photography offers a 6-week after-school program during the school year, and various summer programs that last from one to four weeks. You can also participate in field trips, exhibitions, and contests. FOCUS Through Photography is a fun and educational way to explore your passion for photography.
